Hubert’s strength is his passionate exploration of storytelling and his positive point of view. Born in Taiwan, Hubert received his masters degree in documentary photography from the London College of Communication after which he settled in the west coast of Canada. He currently calls Squamish, BC his home. For the past decade Hubert Kang has made an award winning career for himself in photography, directing advertisements and documentaries. Whether photographing athletes, street performers, or luxurious resorts in exotic locations, Hubert’s images always evoke a dynamic energy and open ended narrative.
