Mike Ford is an award-winning, Toronto-based photographer who approaches portraiture as an opportunity to emphasize fascinating people through light, emotion and storytelling. He prides himself on creating a lively and exciting atmosphere for his subjects, team and clients, and believes that the finest work is achieved when the cast is fully engaged and having just enough fun to let their guard down. Mike was recently awarded Gold at the 2020 Canadian Online Publishing Awards for Photo Journalism with York University Magazine.
